I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and surprisingly spacious, with the added bonus of a small kitchen facility. The staff at this hotel were the friendliest I have ever encountered, always ready to help and make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious Italian dishes. I particularly enjoyed sitting on my room's large balcony, taking in the wonderful view of the surroundings.

All my expectations were met, nothing to complain about.

This hotel offers a great location near the beach. Guests can easily walk to the city center in a few minutes or take a nearby bus. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer nice views of the sea or lagoon. The staff is friendly, helpful, and the breakfast options are outstanding with a great variety of traditional specialties. some rooms have a spacious balcony, a bar, and a kitchenette for extra convenience.

The hotel charges an extra fee for children, even if they sleep with their parents.

The breakfast was quite good, with several options for food. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, and offered us free bikes to explore the city, which was a great way to see the surroundings and get some exercise.

The location of the hotel was not very convenient, as it was far from the city center and didn't offer any great views. the room was quite small for the price, and the air conditioning was not very effective, making our stay rather uncomfortable during the hot summer days.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely polite and friendly, always happy to help with any queries I had. The room was beautiful with a stunning view of the sea and the surrounding lagoon. It was spacious and equipped with a nice kitchenette that I used a few times. The daily breakfast buffet was top-notch, with a variety of traditional specialties, vegetables, fruits, and sweet temptations. This hotel is located just a short walk from the lively city center and the beach, making it easy for me to explore the city and appreciate its beauty.

Walking to the city center only took at least 15 minutes or more, but it was a nice exercise. The rooms were spacious and had a beautiful view of either the sea or the lagoon. The staff, when they were not dealing with billing issues, were polite and helpful. However, I wouldn't recommend staying here due to the issues we faced with payment and room preparations.

We were unfortunately overcharged for our stay and the staff did not seem to care or want to make it right. The room was also not properly prepared for our expected guests and we faced a lot of issues related to that.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Grado. The value for money was excellent, as the prices were very affordable for the quality of service and amenities provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a small kitchen corner that came in handy for preparing meals. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious Italian dishes, including freshly made espresso by Giovanni. Additionally, the hotel's location in the center allowed for easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

The only minor quibble was the availability of parking, but overall everything was fine.
